Join ROC Boards on April 25th and learn how to make your own charcuterie board with expert tips from owner, Stephanie! Your ticket includes:
Entry to the hour long class at the ROC Boards Shop in Valhalla
Your creation of one charcuterie board that includes 2 artisan cheeses, 1 cured meat, 1 accompaniment (i.e. olives), seasonal & dried fruit, gourmet nuts, raw honey, jam, dark chocolate pretzels, and crackers on the side

1 glass of wine that pairs well with your board creation (additional glasses may be purchased throughout the class)
